Curtis Stone, Cook Book #5



This morning, while doing my daily workout, I was watching the today show and Curtis Stone was on promoting his fifth book. In his newest cookbook, dedicated to his wife, Curtis Stone is hoping to create meals out of only five ingredients that you can use later in the week. I found this book interesting because I've heard of the cookbooks that have a set amount of ingredients, but never one that sets up weekly meals where you can use the same ingredients multiple times. I say this  mainly because many cookbooks are confusing. They have fifteen different items that you don't necessarily have in the house when the time comes to make those recipes. I tend to improve the recipes before I follow them all the way through. This is why I like the idea behind this cookbook because the ingredients are accessible and the recipes are simple. Whether this book is good or not is something I don't know, but it helps he dedicated the book to his wife and newborn.
