So my friend and I stayed up pretty late in Burton a couple of days ago and we browsed through the "Cave" (a computer lab where many geo majors are based) for something caffeinated. We only had a couple of mugs and two packets of earl grey - but they weren't enough to last the night! So we browsed through other sections of Burton and happened upon the faculty lounge...where we found the Keurig Machine.
Of course we were excited - we now had a variety of options to select from! But the problem was that we didn't want to spend any money to brew a cup. So we improvised. Mug? Check. K-Cup? Check. Free hot water from the Keurig machine? Yep. Strainer? Check.
**THE STRAINER IS VERY IMPORTANT**
We knew that K-Cups work through its filter inside the cup. Everything else, like getting access to hot water, was do-able. And so the end product? We went back to our lab, content with a freshly brewed cup of chai tea.
