more often. I'm an improvisational cook to say the least. I also really love breakfast foods, passionately so. I don't think we should be limited to eating breakfast foods in the morning. One of my favorite dinners is sautéed onion, kale, and mushrooms with egg, sausage, and cheddar cheese. I am also a huge fan of what I deem breakfast bowls: quinoa, spinach, sunny side up egg, cheese, and any other veggies you want to throw in. SO, I really love breakfast. Cereal is also a big staple; since I am a lady of ritual, I am completely devoted to Nature's Path Flax Seed Plus and Eizechl Golden Flax. All the while I keep on sweeter dessert cereal varying between chocolate muesli and peanut butter balls. People often deem breakfast foods boring but I completely disagree. I have a personal encyclopedia of breakfast ideas.
Here is a photo journal of my latest breakfast discovery:
How I Do It:
first and most prominently flax plus
sprinkle eizechl on top
two heaping spoonfuls of greek yogurt
1/2 a banana sliced and layered on top
1 heaping scoop of peanut butter placed in the middle of yogurt pile
honey drizzled on top
*sometimes i add a little milk for moisture*
I encourage you to try it........it's so delicious
I love breakfast
