All I want to do is eat crepes all the time. Just one at every meal, or maybe ten. I've been thinking about them a lot lately and I realized that they're kind of a magic food because you can eat them at every meal. For breakfast you can stuff them with fruit and whipped cream. For lunch and dinner you can do a meat/sauce/cheese/veggies combo. And for desert (which is a meal) you can add some Nutella and powdered sugar. Also, breakfast and dessert toppings are interchangeable, which is awesome. I really appreciate how easy and quick they are to make, too. None of the ingredients are unusual and the process is not all that different from making pancakes. If I can make them, anyone can. I've posted some great recipes below along with some delicious pictures. Try some out, if you have access to a kitchen, and let me know what you think!
