Dinner is my favorite meal of the day. I know doctors and parents always say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Sometimes they will even try and convince you that those who eat a healthy breakfast are happier than those who don't. And as for lunch, well, lunch usually just gets lost in the tussle. Despite the scientific evidence, I still will go to my grave saying that dinner is the best. I think my opinion is based mainly on the fact that I didn't like eggs when I was young and that dinner leaves more room for experimenting with dishes, whereas breakfast choices are much more limited. My opinion, therefore, leads me to pile up the food on my dinner plate and skimp a bit more on the other meals of the day.
Today, as I was looking for something to write about for the food blog, I stumbled across an article called "Healthy Dinner Tips: Mistakes We Make and How to Avoid Them." Unfortunately, one of these mistake is "making it the biggest meal." It also has handy suggestions, such as not keeping salt or serving platters on the dinner table. Anyway, I encourage you all too read this article, it pointed out a lot of mistakes that I, and probably other college students, make.
