Southern and Fried!

I wanted to piggy back off of what we talked about in class, namely the fried food. The State Fair of Texas boast some of the most creative types of food and being the fried capital of Texas. Here are just some of a few fried items that won best and most interesting over the past years.

As you can see many of these are very creative, but I'd like to mention that not everything that was creative, tasted good. The picture is a shot my friend took of me eating fried bubble gum, before I tried it, and promptly spit it out in the trash can.
